Smartiepad is a network of real estate professionals who are experienced,
dedicated and, most of all, enjoy giving back to others – and you.
We have a unique system that helps hundreds of charitable organizations,
and benefits you as well.
Smartiepad’s founders, Wes Walker and Donnie Morey, have been fixtures
in Chicago’s real estate industry for nearly 20 years – as well as dedicated
fundraisers for local charitable organizations. They created Smartiepad to
help combine their efforts and create a “vehicle for giving” for real estate
professionals and their socially-minded clients.
How it works
For any home that you buy or sell with the Smartiepad team, one-third of the real
estate commission is donated to the charity of your choice (in your name)
from the real estate commission proceeds. The average donation is almost
$4000! That donation becomes a tax write-off for you, saving you hundreds
or thousands of dollars from your purchase. Everybody wins!

inspectors, and other real estate professionals. They are
experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. They believe that giving
back to the community does not preclude them from being
successful in business, but actually supports and enhances their
success. They are dedicated to this cause.

have an average of 14 years of experience, and they all carry
the elite Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
