Travel and Leisure Magazine’s World’s Best Hotels 2010 survey results are in and Chicago has 4 hotels on the list. Chicago’s Trump International Hotel and Tower made the list for the first time and even earned the distinction of Best Big City Hotel in all of the United States and Canada. Usually a big winner, New York only earned one spot on this year’s list with it’s Ritz Carlton Central Park.
Hmmm… the nation’s top destination for this 4th of July holiday and now the world’s best hotels list. And you thought Michigan Avenue was already crowded!

Wow. Maybe that’s why downtown was so crowded over the holiday weekend.
I knew something was up. Lots of nice friendly people were out on Michigan Ave. I thought, “These people aren’t from here.” lol
